I wanna draw Latvia

I had the urge to draw him






















I wanna learn more about him so here are some facts!

• Unfortunately, Latvia has one of the highest suicide rates in the world (ranked 8th out of 101 countries by the World Health Organization).
• The Soviets occupied Latvia between 1944 and 1945. (I put it in for the lulz)
• About 99% of Latvia is covered with coverage for cellphones
• Does not use EUROs instead it uses Lats...

Next should be Hungary...or...Finland...maybe Ukraine...IDK! XD
